A born and bred NW Londoner with Indo Caribbean and English heritage, Nicola’s screenwriting journey started in BBC Writer’s Room schemes for Doctors and The Dumping Ground where she was told her ideas were ‘morally corrupt’. Nicola took this as a compliment. She has spent the last few years working with Swedish production companies on various films and TV projects. She has a great passion for genre particularly horror and science fiction.
Nicola previously worked in publishing for over fifteen years where she did publicity for Gollancz and Watkins, working with authors like Arthur C. Clarke, Terry Pratchett, Erich Von Daniken and Uri Geller.
