Declan is an Emmy nominated director (FREE REIN) whose previous work includes directing the pilot and rest of the first series of A+E series MISS SCARLET AND THE DUKE starring Kate Phillips, which was consequently picked up by PBS in the US. He was also the pilot director of hit BBC series BEING HUMAN and also directed episodes of CRAZYHEAD for Netflix.

Other recent credits include Lead Director on Netflix’s hit teen comedy-drama series GEEK GIRL; Lead Director and Executive Producer on FLOWERS IN THE ATTIC: THE ORIGINS, for A&E and CBS; and Producer/Director on the new MBC sweeping epic VFX series RISE OF THE WITCHES.

His script BROKEN COVE also made into the official Black List and the Hollywood Hit list – of the top 100 new writers to watch.
