Molly is a BAFTA winning director.
Molly was Lead Director on the 14-part adaptation of David Nicholls’s novel One Day for Netflix / Drama Republic, which launched in February 2024.
Before this, she directed the critically acclaimed 2nd Series of coming-of-age comedy drama In My Skin for BBC3 / Hulu.
In My Skin Series 2 received 5-star reviews across the board, was listed in The New York Times Best Shows of 2021 and went on to win 5 BAFTAs in 2022 including the BAFTA for Best Drama Series and Best Writer and BAFTA Cymru for Best Drama, Best Writer and Best Director. The series also won Best Drama at RTS.
