Maddie Dai

Maddie Dai is a Kiwi writer and New Yorker cartoonist living in London. Maddie grew up in NZ but later went to college in HK and university in America – and her writing is suffused with all of these experiences. Most recently, she has been in the writers rooms for S2 of OUR FLAG MEANS DEATH for HBO and S2 of Sister Pictures & Amazon’s THE POWER. Her debut feature was shot at the end of last year, made by Piki Films (Taika Waititi and Carthew Neal prod co, JOJO RABBIT).
