Daniel sold his first five pilot spec scripts. One was a sitcom focusing on race which was sold to Objective; another was a dystopian sci-fi pilot that went to HUMANS producer Wild Mercury; a family boxing saga pilot went to Two Brothers; finally a Student/Teacher relationship drama was sold to Mainstreet Pictures, who have also optioned another spec pilot of his called CHAIN – a political thriller. He got a script commission from Sky with Left Bank on a project he has been working on with BAFTA Rising Star award winner Micheal Ward. BBC Studios Drama have also recently optioned a script of his.
He is looked after as an actor by Olivia Woodward at Curtis Brown.
