Sean Spencer
Sean has directed a number of high-profile television dramas by some of the industry’s leading screenwriters. His debut feature film PANIC a London set thriller starring David Gyasi (The Diplomat, Interstellar, Cloud Atlas) garnered critical acclaim and 4-star reviews from a host of publications including The Guardian, The Daily Mirror and the British Blacklist. Panic was also nominated for numerous festival and industry awards.
Sean was one of a handful of British directors selected for the film industry’s flagship mentoring scheme Guiding Lights, mentored by Roger Michell. He was also selected for the Moonstone Filmmakers Lab, founded by playwright John McGrath and headed by veteran French film producer Jean-Luc Ormieres.
