Tom Kingsley was nominated for a BAFTA for his first feature film, BLACK POND. With his directing partner Will Sharpe (with whom he also directed THE DARKEST UNIVERSE) they were named in Variety’s top ten European directors to watch, and won the Evening Standard Film award for Best Newcomer. Tom has also directed two series’ of acclaimed BBCOne sitcom GHOSTS, won a second BAFTA for his work on Jamie Demitrou’s (now triple BAFTA-winning) Channel 4 sitcom STATH LETS FLATS, and has most recently directed the second half of Adam Kay’s medical drama for BBCOne, THIS IS GOING TO HURT.
