Claire McCarthy

Producer

Claire is a BAFTA award-winning producer specialising in scripted comedy, with extensive credits across single camera narrative, studio sit-com, sketch, live broadcast and studio-ent as well as in development and commissioning. Most notably, she produced the critically acclaimed second series of Starstruck (BBC/HBO Max); the live Halloween special of Inside No 9 (BBC) and won a BAFTA for Best Comedy as Series Producer of Class Dismissed (CBBC). Claire is very creative, highly organised, has a forensic eye for scripts and can deliver brilliantly funny, unique content to a deadline and budget.
