Ashley started out drawing ‘Judge Dredd’ comics before embarking on an art career in the video games industry. He has art directed a range of Playstation games including the Develop award winning ‘Wipeout Pure’. He has also drawn storyboards for Bart Layton’s movies ‘The Imposter’ and ‘American Animals’.

Ashley is now focusing on his writing, including sci-fi pilot script FOUR NINETEEN, which gained attention after its opening was praised by screenwriters John August (‘Big Fish’, ‘Aladdin’) and Craig Mazin (‘The Hangover II & III’, ‘Cowboy Ninja Viking’) on their influential Scriptnotes podcast (http://scriptnotes.net/), this is set up with The Forge (‘Kiri’, ‘National Treasure’) and Newscope (‘Severance’) and feature on The Brit List 2019.

He has two feature films in development, BLACK FERRY with Tea Shop Films and THAT HOUSE ON SNARE LANE with Life and Death Films.
