Ellie Kendrick is a writer and performer across film, theatre and television.  Writing work includes several original pilots commissioned for scripted development by the BBC and Channel 4, alongside writersrooms and a broadcast credit penning an episode on BBC/Hulu show WRECK (2024). Ellie is a graduate of the Channel 4 Screenwriting Course and the Royal Court Young Writers’ Programme, and was named a finalist for the Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting in 2016, then a Jerwood New Playwright of 2018 for Hole, a play staged at the Royal Court in the same year. Other credits include an original standalone drama for BBC Radio 4 and a short film, Silly Girl, which premiered on Nowness. Acting work includes Game of Thrones, Misfits, Being Human, An Education, and more.
