Greg is a screenwriter and also directs.

He writes both drama and comedy and currently has two feature scripts and one television series in development.

The first feature project is ‘Gazza’, a dramatization of the life professional footballer Paul Gascoigne. Co written with Oscar winner James Lucas, it is being produced in the UK by Starchild Pictures.

The second, written with his older brother Joseph and optioned by and developed with Scott Free Films, is ‘The Returnee’, an action drama set in the immediate aftermath of the Irish Civil War in 1923.

The television project, developed with director Adam Smith and Avalon Television, is a dark comedy built around the British film industry and centred on the dysfunctional relationship between two jobbing stuntmen.

His first feature length documentary as director, ‘Annabel’s: A String Of Naked Lightbulbs’ had Sir Ridley Scott as executive producer, Ridley Scott Associates having represented Greg as a commercials and promo director since 2008. As a commercials director he has worked for clients including Nike, HSBC, British Airways and Philips, winning various awards including a prestigious British Arrow. He has shot music videos for artists including Oasis, The Streets and Lily Allen and his first foray into drama was the Mammoth produced ‘Dappers’ for BBC3 in 2010.

Prior to directing Greg worked in stills photography as a stylist and art-director for magazines such as The Face and iD and with photographers including David Lachapelle, Elaine Constantine, David Bailey and Rankin. His music clients as a stylist included, amongst others, David Bowie, Robbie Williams and New Order, his career in fashion beginning with a YTS apprenticeship as a pattern-cutter.

He is a native Londoner, married with two children and two cats and is a lifelong Arsenal fan.
