Justin was born in 1974 in Cardiff, Wales.
He is a director and writer, known for ‘Human Traffic’ produced by Vertigo Films and starring John Simm and Danny Dyer, ‘I Know You Know’ with Robert Carlyle and ‘Pubroom Paranoia’.
He is currently writing ‘Human Traffic 2’ and an adaptation of ‘A Great Big Shining Star’ for Dan Films.
