Rachel Anthony writes across a wide range of TV genres: from romantic thrillers to comic horrors; cops and docs to techies and vampires. Her credits include Cobra (Sky), Bodies (BBC), Being Human (BBC), Stan Lee’s Lucky Man (Sky One) — and Mistresses (BBC), a show she wrote and co-created, which has been remade in the US (twice!), Russia, Slovakia, South Korea and Japan. She started her career at EastEnders where she wrote the ratings-busting Who Shot Ian Beale? episode, watched by 19 million viewers. She was born in Cardiff and grew up in South Wales and South London; she speaks fluent French and Italian.
