Taz is a writer/actor – son to a Sierra Leonean/Lebanese father and a Yorkshire mother and raised in Tenerife. He can be seen starring as one of the leads in the hit Netflix show ONE PIECE.
Taz was nominated for an Olivier for his play WARHEADS, which is about PTSD in young soldiers. He recently co-wrote the feature GASSED UP for Ascendant Fox / Amazon Prime, which premiered at London Film Festival 2023. Taz has co-created and will be writing on an original series with the same team at Ascendant Fox, which is currently in development with BBC Studios. He also has a series in development with The Forge Entertainment.
