Under their Holomax production banner, Joe and Lloyd Staszkiewicz have produced, written and directed a series of short films that blend a surreal genre approach and a deadpan delivery which results in a wholly unique aesthetic. Recently their shorts started drawing the attention of the genre community. Sam Raimi and Debbie Liebling specifically have taken the guys under their wing (SPOOKY CLUB caught their eye first) and sold multiple pieces of development together including an adaption of their short film WORST PLANET ON EARTH to TBS. Last year Joe & Lloyd developed a comedy series about pirates for Working Title and ITV, and they recently sold their original half-hour series SUNSET YELLOW to Endeavor Content.
