Tife Kusoro is a Nigerian-British writer and performer.

Her debut play, G, premiered at the Royal Court Theatre in August 2024, and won the George Devine Award for most promising new playwright.

Her work has also received the Playwrights ’73 Award and the Lynne Gagliano Writers’ Award, and been shortlisted for the Forward Prize for poetry, the Women’s Prize for Playwriting, the Verity Bargate Award, and the Alfred Fagon Award. 

As a writer and performer, she has undertaken attachments and residencies with Roundhouse, Talawa Theatre Company, the Bush Theatre, and the Royal Court, and was one of the BBC’s 2021 London Voices.

She is a writer in residence at the Royal Court Theatre, supported by the Peggy Ramsay Foundation Playwrights ’73 Award, and a MacDowell Fellow.
